Sportswomen Miesha Tate

 

Miesha Theresa Tate, born August 18, 1986 is an American mixed martial artist. She is currently a competitor in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) where she is the past UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion. Tate was before an Strikeforce women's bantamweight champion. Tate also served as vice president for ONE Championship. She currently ranks in the top 10 in UFC women's bantamweight list on October 3rd, 2022.



 



 Childhood and early life



 Tate was born in the Seattle suburb Tacoma, Washington, to Michelle Tate, and was raised by Michelle and her husband Robert Schmidt. She was a teeny-tweener in her early years, she often socialized with boys from her neighborhood at playgrounds.
